BID SPACE INSTRUCTIONS/FORM

                                                                                   

To create new opportunities for our sellers, as well as giving new sellers an opportunity to participate in the Market Place, Tel Phil Enterprises, Inc. invites all monthly and daily sellers, and any other interested persons, to participate in this program.

 

A limited number of reserved spaces featuring maximum buyer exposure at key locations are being made available to the highest bidder according to the following procedures and conditions:

 

1.         The space location(s) available will be posted at the Information Booth.  Complete instructions and the preprinted bid forms will also be available at the Information Booth during Market Place hours.  Bidding is open to all.  Advance approval of product or service is required.  The bid process shall be for this special space assignment, and will be in addition to any other space assignment(s) which bidder may hold.

 

2.         The special space assignment shall be for all operating Saturdays and Sundays within one (1) calendar month.  Does not include special holiday events.

 

3.         All bids must be submitted on a preprinted bid form available from the Information Booth during Market Place hours.  It must specify approved item(s) to be sold, and be in compliance with the current operating procedures.  Incomplete bid forms will not be considered.

 

4.         All bids must be accompanied by a business size self-addressed stamped envelope.

 

5.         All bids must be accompanied by a Cashiers Check or Money Order Only, made payable to Orange County Market Place.

 

6.         Bids will only be accepted by U.S. Mail at:   Post Office Box 11929, Costa Mesa, CA  92627.  Bids received after the announced deadline will not be accepted.  Please write space number on front of envelope.

 

7.         The successful bid shall be non-refundable.

 

8.         Unsuccessful bids shall be returned in the envelope provided by bidder.

 

9.         There shall be no charge required to bid.  Ties shall be determined by earliest postmark.  Spaces may not be split-up, shared, or sub-let.

 

10.        Tel Phil Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

 

11.        Tel Phil Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to relocate successful bidders based on the need of the current configuration or on availability basis.

 

12.        BID SCHEDULE:

 

            (a)        Bids must be received at P.O. 11929, Costa Mesa, CA 92627, by the 1st of the month prior to the month you wish to participate.

            (b)        Successful bids will be posted at the Information Booth within 10 days of the bid deadline.

            (c)        Future bid space minimums will be posted along with bid space awards.
